Are your signs made of real glass?
No, and that is a good thing! We use modern LED flex technology made from flexible silicone tubing. Unlike traditional glass neon, our LED signs are 100% shatterproof, lightweight, and do not contain toxic gases like mercury or argon.
Do the signs get hot?
Not at all. Our LED neon signs run on a 12V low-voltage system. They are highly energy-efficient and stay completely cool to the touch, making them perfectly safe for bedrooms, events, and children's rooms.
How long do they last?
Our premium LEDs have a lifespan of over 50,000 continuous hours. If you leave your sign on for 8 hours every single day, it will last for more than 15 years before the LEDs begin to naturally dim.
Can I use my sign outdoors?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. However, if you need an exterior storefront sign, we can manufacture IP67-rated waterproof signs using sealed silicone. Just mention you need it for outdoor use when requesting your quote!
What is the clear backing made of?
We mount our LED flex onto a premium 5mm-thick transparent acrylic backboard. By default, we "cut to shape" (following the outline of your text or logo) for a clean, floating look, but we can also do full rectangular or circular backings upon request.
Power & Installation
How do I power the sign?
Every sign is strictly "plug and play." It comes with a clear power cord that plugs into a standard 12V power adapter (similar to a laptop charger). You simply plug it into a standard wall outlet. No electrician required!
How long is the power cord?
The clear cord extending from the sign itself is about 1.5 meters, and the black power adapter adds another 1-1.5 meters. In total, you have about 3 meters (10 feet) of reach to your nearest outlet.
Do your signs run on batteries?
For large, custom, ultra-bright wall signs, battery packs cannot supply enough sustained power. All of our custom signs require a standard wall outlet.
Can I dim the light or make it flash?
Yes! you can include the remote control dimmer. You can turn the sign on/off from across the room, adjust the brightness from 10% to 100%, and even set it to pulse or flash for parties and events.
How do I hang it on the wall?
Your sign comes with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic. For temporary setups (like weddings), you can hang it using high-strength clear fishing wire. For permanent wall installations, we include a set of premium metal standoff screws that mount the sign securely to the wall for a 3D floating effect.
Customization & Ordering
Can you turn my business logo into neon?
Absolutely. We specialize in replicating complex business logos, Twitch streaming tags, and custom artwork. Just send us your vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) or a high-quality image, and our design team will create a neon-ready layout.
What colors do you offer?
We currently offer a vibrant selection of 11 colors: White, Warm White, Blue, Cyan, Green, Yellow, Pink, Orange, Purple, Red, and Mars Green.
Will I see what it looks like before I pay?
Always. Once you submit a quote request, our designers will create a digital visual mockup showing you exactly what your sign will look like illuminated, complete with dimensions and an exact price quote.
Shipping, Warranty & Returns
How long does production and shipping take?
Each sign is built by hand to your exact specifications. Manufacturing typically takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery to your door generally takes another 2-4 days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All of our indoor signs come with a strict 1-year warranty covering electrical components (the LED flex, power supply, and dimmer). If your sign suffers an electrical fault under standard use, we will provide replacement parts entirely free of charge.
What happens if my sign breaks during shipping?
We package our signs in highly secure, foam-padded boxes to ensure safe transit. However, if your sign arrives damaged, you must take photos/videos of the box and the broken sign and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately work to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
Can I return my custom sign?
Because each custom sign is uniquely handcrafted to your specific text, size, and color requirements, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for changes of mind. All custom sales are final. However, if the product is defective, it is fully covered under our warranty.
